Meet Mark

Mark listens to clients to understand their business and the market in which it operates before advising on project related matters. The client’s business and its environment will influence how the project is organised to mitigate risk and take advantage of opportunities. As the project evolves Mark turns his attention to leading the project team engendering a culture of collaboration and trust earned through meeting milestones and delivering high quality work. Mark is used to working in complex, high-profile environments under public scrutiny. His experience extends across the education, health, leisure, industrial and residential sectors.

Mark brings a skillset and outlook to the business acquired from being the co-owner of a Project Management consultancy, who were a direct competitor to the Clarkson Alliance, and latterly in his career as director running the regional project management business unit at a national practice leading, mentoring and developing a team of project managers.

 

Personal achievements: Bringing up four children (twins included) with my wife.

Special interests: University lecturing to undergraduate and post graduate students, NEC3 and NEC4, BIM (currently undertaking the RICS Certificate in BIM), Strategic Briefing.

Qualifications and memberships: BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying
MSc Project Management, Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Accredited NEC3 and NEC4 Practitioner.
