Oaks Prague is a project that will create a new community in the countryside southeast of Prague. Once complete, the ambitious project will include 250 homes, a boutique hotel, wellness centre and spa, and kindergarten.

14 architectural firms have been appointed to work on the scheme, including Richard Meier who has designed some of the residential buildings: some of his designs were recently showcased in Wallpaper Magazine.

The residences reference traditional Czech housing, with their traditional pitched roofs, whilst also showcasing architect Richard Meier’s signature aesthetic of large bright spaces and clean lines. You can find out more about the project and Clarkson Alliance’s involvement on our project page.
