Clarkson Alliance was established in 2003 with the single purpose of providing clients with the highest quality of project management. Graham Clarkson, Founder of Clarkson Alliance was driven to create the company from an over-riding belief that although projects deliver facilities, those facilities must deliver tangible benefits to the client.
We are proud to have been the first SME in the construction industry to be accredited by the Association of Project Management (APM) in 2012. We are continuously looking for ways to improve our service delivery, raising the bar on project and cost management in construction.
We provide customers with the confidence to deliver exceptional projects. Our mission is to guarantee certainty of outcome on every project and deliver increased sustainable business benefits whilst mitigating risks.
We care about success and are driven by a desire to continually improve our processes. We focus on customer outcomes and delivering customer satisfaction throughout a project – in 2018 we received an average customer satisfaction score of 82%.
We work collaboratively with all members of a project team to deliver the best service. Our high performing teams initiative places people at the heart of projects and focuses on our belief that people are most likely to excel when they are encouraged to work to their strengths.
Our service is accredited to ISO 9001:2015 and our Quality Management System ensures we deliver the very best service on every project. We have developed a rigorous Gateway Process to keep projects on track and provide certainty for our customers.
Delivering customer satisfaction
We care about success and are driven by a desire to continually improve our processes. We meet with all our customers every six months to review our progress in relation to agreed project outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
In 2018, we received an average customer satisfaction score of over 80%.

Gateway process: delivering certainty
Our Gateway Project Process provides clients and the project team with certainty and clarity throughout the project journey. We stop and review at the end of each stage to check everyone is aligned and the project is on track before proceeding.
