Clarkson Alliance are delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Plenty to the role of Director of Project Management

Mark strengthens Clarkson Alliance senior team by bringing a wealth of industry knowledge along with a drive and collaborative approach which closely matches the company’s culture and approach to delivering projects.

‘I have known Mark for 28 years, since we first worked together on a Honda (Swindon) project. We’ve stayed in good contact during that time even though we were competitors, as we share similar values in the way we like to work with clients. I am delighted that he is now able to join Clarkson Alliance on the senior team to head up our Project Management offering.’ Graham Clarkson, Chairman, Clarkson Alliance

Mark will be working closely alongside Clarkson Alliance’s Director of Cost Management, David Chapell. ‘Mark impressed us from the start with his background, energy and strong communication skills. His project management expertise compliments our strong cost management offering and he is a close cultural fit to the way we work. He is a huge asset to the team.’ said David

With both project and cost management under the same roof, the organisation is adept at supporting property and regeneration development Manging Directors with end-to-end support. They are experienced in bringing parties together who may not have worked with each other before and with a proven process which keeps  projects on track. Mark joining Clarkson Alliance presents an exciting future for the business enhancing our established brand and reputation within the UK Construction sector.

Increasingly, this support is provided with emphasis on a low carbon agenda, something which the team recognise and are keen to support.

‘One of the reasons I was attracted to join the team is our shared understanding and values around  ‘retrofirst’  as well as customer care.‘ says Mark. ‘I really like Clarkson Alliance’s approach to conducting regular face to face reviews with their customers and tailoring their services to meet the individual needs of their clients, which is probably a key factor to why the organisation has developed long term partnering relationships with their customers. I’m looking forward to working with Graham, David, the rest of team and their clients and in helping Clarkson Alliance realise their growth plans.’

Mark joined the team on 1st September.
