When Clarkson Alliance was asked to work on a private project – a £10m equestrian centre located in Gloucestershire, the client was looking for project management and cost management services but needed a company they could trust and who would deliver exactly what was needed, having already been let down previously on two occasions.
The scope of the project included an indoor arena for training, a stud breeding area, tack room with 10 stables as well as a further 21 stables and extensive refurbishment of the on-site farmhouse into a 5 bedroom residence with a 2 bedroom annexe.
Acting as the sole client representative, Clarkson Alliance was able to bring the project back on track through collaborative working and exceptional stakeholder management strategies.
