On Monday 4 March, the new industrial workspaces and trade counters at Ravenna Point, Chichester, were officially launched.
The £2m project included the construction of six new build industrial units with trade counters, offering a high-quality and modern working environment and are intended to improve the economy of the local area by attracting new employers and aid the expansion of existing businesses.
Clarkson Alliance provided and Project and Cost Management services. We were praised by Chichester District Council for our collaborative approach, expertise using the NEC3 contract and excellent communication.
