This project for Sword Apak involved the complete transformation of a newly leased 15-year-old building. The entire office space was refurbished while retaining the exterior shell.
They wanted a contemporary build to reflect the growing movement towards collaborative office spaces, favoured by creative and technology companies.
Our role was as cost managers to support the total refit of the new space, within budget and to a tight time schedule.
