Clarkson Alliance moves forward as chairman, Graham, steps down.
After nearly 20 years, Graham Clarkson has retired, leaving the business he founded in the capable hands of Directors David Chapell (on the left) and Mark Plenty.
Graham stepped back from the day-to-day running of the business four years ago, and continued to act as Chairman while David, Cost Management Director, stepped forward. Last year, the company was delighted to engage Mark Plenty as fellow Director to work alongside David and to head up the Project Management side of the business.
Both bring enormous experience, energy and a shared vision as to where the company is going.
David is a very familiar member of the team having joined Clarkson Alliance 8 years ago; after 20 years QS at Beaufort Ellis Associates.
Mark joined from his position as Partner & Head of Project Management for the South West at Rider Levett Bucknall and before that as Director at Gleeds.
“Clients haven’t noticed any change in service because we have kept everyone informed, and carefully managed the transition. We have ambitious plans for growth whilst maintaining the high quality of project and cost management support we have always provided.” David says “and we wish Graham every enjoyment in his well-earned retirement.”
