Clarkson Alliance led project and cost management on the £8.1m Cefn Hengoed Community Hub & Leisure Centre in Swansea, delivering a striking 60m x 40m Sports Barn incorporating a 3G training pitch alongside the latest gym and studio provision. The scheme created a high-quality, dual-use facility serving both education and the wider community.
We have also delivered specialist 3G football training pitches for Withdean funded through Section 106 contributions, and refurbishment of the gym and studio at Julie Rose Sports Stadium which was so successful it attracted further funding.
