Heritage projects require sensitive management of conservation constraints, funding conditions and complex stakeholder landscapes. Clarkson Alliance has delivered restoration and regeneration schemes across nationally significant assets, balancing technical risk, programme control and commercial clarity within listed environments.
At the Grade II listed Caledonian Clock Tower in Islington, we managed conservation-led renovation works supported by Heritage Lottery funding.
At Sacrewell Farm in Peterborough, restoration of the historic watermill visitor attraction included integration of a hydro-electric scheme feeding into the National Grid. We also delivered the £2.7m regeneration of St Nicholas’ Chapel in King’s Lynn, supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund and Churches Conservation Trust.
