ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Certification achieved by Clarkson Alliance’s Cost Management Service
Clarkson Alliance is pleased to announce our cost management service has achieved ISO 9001 Quality Assurance certification. Clarkson Alliance prides itself on delivering a first class service that exceeds customer expectations. Recognition for the quality and consistency of our service is important to us as we are dedicated to delivering projects that achieve the original business case. Our cost management service has scored highly with customers since becoming a standalone operation in 2015. 89% of customers stated they were very satisfied with the service during our client reviews last year.
Our priorities as Cost Managers are to deliver certainty of outcome to clients by meticulously controlling the project budget. We prioritise fully understanding a client’s business case from the early stages so we can provide the best strategic counsel on all aspects of cost management from budget options at the feasibility stage, cost and value management, whole life costing, assessing market conditions, risk management and procurement.
Since developing the service, Head of Cost Management David Chapell has diversified by introducing Cost Management for BIM enabling us to provide cost support in 3D for Level 2 BIM projects. This places us in prime position to support Government projects which must be procured using Level 2 BIM by April 2016.
