Clarkson Alliance provided cost management services to Wycliffe Hall, a college of the University of Oxford. Our services included cost planning, management of the procurement process and post contract cost management.
Wycliffe Hall undertook a refurbishment project of student bedrooms, carrying out improvements and modernisation work, including adding ensuite bathrooms. The project also included the creation of accessible bedrooms for college visitors.
Alterations were carried out to the library and staircase within the Grade II listed building, in order to modernise the interior, including making improvements to the heating and plumbing services.
