By identifying project risks and analysing the likelihood they will occur, project teams makes certain predictions about outcomes which need to be delivered within the constraints of time and cost. A strong risk management approach to managing project assists successful project delivery.
As part of their continuing CPD programme, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has organised an event on Mitigating project risk through formal and collaborative approaches on Tuesday 15th December at Double Tree Hotel in Manchester.
Graham Clarkson, Managing Director of Clarkson Alliance, will be speaking again on the subject. Graham will explore the factors that strongly affect the perceived failure of projects, what differentiates the most successful projects and how to motivate a team to work collaboratively to deliver projects on time and budget.
