At Clarkson Alliance we care about success and are driven by a desire to continually improve our processes. We are delighted to have been shortlisted in the Outstanding Customer Satisfaction category at the 2019 Construction Excellence South East Awards.
As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction we meet with all our customers every six months to review our progress in relation to agreed project outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement. In 2018, we received an average customer satisfaction score of over 80%. Our customers often tell us that our approach sets us apart from others in the industry:
- We do things differently – we are often praised by customers at our review meetings for our unique strategic approach. By investing significant time in visiting all our customers and taking the time to talk to them in an open and honest way it really shows that we care about their project and their ultimate satisfaction.
- We believe that people are at the heart of projects – processes provide certainty but they are only as good as the people who are delivering them. We focus on listening to and understanding the people we work for to make sure we deliver exceptional outcomes.
- We build and develop teams – From speaking with our customers and eliciting their feedback over the past eight years we have increasingly focussed on creating, developing and maintaining high performing teams and becoming experts in leadership and building relationships.
