Clarkson Alliance is acting as Development Manager at a unique residential community, Oaks. Oaks is situated outside the city of Prague, and lies in the heart of beautiful natural surroundings, whilst also providing easy access to both the airport and the city centre.
We can now share a selection of new visuals from the project, which showcase the luxury development, that will include over 200 private homes and apartments, an 18-hole PGA golf course, country club, hotel, spa, shops, restaurants and a range of leisure facilities.
Planning permits have been granted for the majority of Phase 1 construction which will include 71 residential units and much of the village centre. This phase is due to be completed in early 2019. Follow us on Twitter where we will be posting regular photographs of progress.
