We are thrilled that the Oxford Castle renovation project won the public vote in the '40 in 40 Competition' at the Oxford Preservation Trust Awards ceremony this week.

Clarkson Alliance project managed the restoration project, which included a new heritage and education centre, Oxford Castle Unlocked, opening up parts of the site to the public for the first time in 1000 years!

The 40 in 40 competition run by the Oxford time and Oxford Mail asked the public to vote for their favorite project from award-winning project of the last 40 years. Competition included lanterns and railings in Park Town (winner - 1977), the Blavatnik School of Government (2016). The Oxford Castle won in 2007.
